Any information you provide to us through this website may be retained including your details of previous orders. We will not share any data provided to us with third parties unless a device is suspected to be stolen. We will not retain any information stored on your device. It is important you also read and understand our full privacy policy.

It is your responsibility to get your devices to us safely, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs in transit. You can send a device to us by any courier or postal method, however, we would advise using a service that is insured for the full value of the items and has delivery confirmation.

By sending your device to us you acknowledge you are the legal owner of the device and are entitled to sell it. You also give us permission to erase any content held on the device.

We will not change the offer price unless an item clearly does not match the condition description. In these cases we will contact you to explain why it does not match the stated condition and let you know the new offer price. If you are not happy with the revised offer we will return the device to you free of charge (UK addresses only).

If there is a problem with your order we will try to contact you using the details you have provided. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we will dispose of your item and will be unable to offer any payment for it.

We reserve the right to refuse and return free of charge (UK addresses only) any device. All sales are final, there is no cooling off period after a payment has been sent.

Payments will always be issued for the full value of the transaction, however, if you have selected payment via Paypal they will charge you a small fee for receiving money, so the total amount you receive would be slightly lower.

All payments will be made using the information exactly as you have provided, we will not validate it any further. If the payment information you have provided is incorrect and you have not informed us before we have already made the payout then we will not be able to issue a duplicate payment until we have recovered the initial payment made to the incorrect details.
