How can I be paid?
We can pay you by Paypal, Bank transfer, Amazon eVoucher or Cheque. You can also donate the value to any charity of your choice with our charity donation option.
When will I get my payment?
Payments are usually made within 72 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving your item. Most payments are issued the same or next day! You will receive an automated email confirmation when your payment has been issued.
Paypal and Amazon voucher payments should arrive almost immediately.
Bank transfers are sent via faster payments so should arrive within 2 hours.
Cheques should arrive within 3 working days.
How long are the prices valid for?
Once you have submitted your order, you have up to 2 weeks to send your items to us for the price we have offered you, even if the price on our website changes. If you send your device after two weeks of your initial offer and the prices have changed you will be quoted the current price for the item on the day it is received. You can have the item returned to you free of charge if you do not want to accept the new price.
Do you offer a free post/collection service?
Not at the moment, this allows us to offer higher prices for your devices. Just package your devices up safely and send them to us via the Post office or any courier of your choice, we advise using a service that is insured for the full value and has delivery confirmation for peace of mind.
Do you accept broken/damaged gadgets?
Yes! We have a “Faulty/Damaged” price for most items. However, they must not have been previously opened or be missing any components. Simply choose “Faulty/Damaged” on the item condition.
Can you still accept my device if it has been repaired before?
If your device has previously been damaged and repaired we can only accept it for sale in working condition if repairs have been undertaken by the original manufacturer.
Do you accept iCloud/network blocked devices?
We do not buy blocked devices, even if they are faulty.
Do you accept Jailbroken or rooted devices?
Currently, we do not accept devices that are running modified software.
Do I need to have the box and accessories?
All prices quoted are based on the device alone, you can send any extra accessories if you want them recycling but it will not increase the price we offer.
My device has an engraving, will you still buy it?
Yes! We will buy your gadget even if it has a personal engraving.
Will you change the price when you get my item?
We have a price guarantee on all items; the price you’re quoted is the price you’ll be paid. Once you submit your order your price is locked for the next 2 weeks, even if it changes on our website during this time. If you submit an item as “Fully working” and it turns out to have a fault when tested we will return it to you free of charge!
Do I have to erase/reset my gadget before sending it?
We securely erase all of your old content and settings when we receive your device, just remove any passwords first! Apple devices must also have iCloud accounts removed before sending in.
What condition should I choose if I’m unsure?
Our condition descriptions are simple; if the device does not work 100%, has any faults or there is any damage such as a cracked screen etc. choose the “Faulty/Damaged” condition.
If the device works perfectly but maybe has some marks, scratches or other signs of use choose “Fully working”.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
If you’ve made a mistake or want to change your order it’s no problem, just contact us and we will update it for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to send your order, just let us know, we will delete your order details from our system.
Do you buy gadgets that aren’t listed on the site?
Yes! We will buy any gadget, even if it’s not on our site yet. Got any other old phones, laptops, tablets etc. hidden around your home? Just send us the details and we will quote you for them.
Do you accept orders from businesses?
Whilst our service is aimed at private individuals, we do also accept business orders.
Is it safe to enter my payment information online?
Your connection to our website and all personal information is encrypted and stored securely.
Can I trust you to pay out?
You can! We are a reputable, fully registered limited company that deals with large amounts of consumer electronics each year, we’re not interested in stealing your device, we just want to pay you for it!
