Our price guarantee applies to all items sold to us, it’s fair and easy to understand;

• Unlike other recyclers, the price we quote you is the price we’ll pay you.
• We won’t downgrade your item and offer you a lower amount once we have it. If it’s fully working, you’ll get the fully working price we offered.
• Once you submit an order on our website your prices are locked for the next 2 weeks, even if they decrease on our site before you have had time to send the order to us.
• If you’re selling a device to us in fully working condition and we test it but find a fault or problem we’ll let you know and arrange to return it to you free of charge!
